Ready to burn kiln dried logs

A Full Pallet of Firewood, Packed into Easy-to-Handle Bags

If you want to buy a substantial quantity of firewood without dealing with one large loose bulk bag, this Pallet of Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs offers a practical alternative.

Choose 40, 60 or 70 individual bags of kiln dried logs, delivered together on a pallet. You get the convenience and value of buying firewood in quantity, while keeping the logs divided into manageable bags that are easier to move, stack and store around your property.

It is an ideal option for regular wood-burning stove and fireplace users who want a dependable supply of premium kiln dried hardwood logs ready for the colder months.

Choose Your Pallet Size: 40, 60 or 70 Bags

Not every household needs the same amount of firewood, so this product is available in three pallet quantities.

40 bags – A practical entry point if you want to stock up without using too much storage space.

60 bags – A substantial supply for households that burn logs regularly and want to reduce how often they reorder.

70 bags – Our largest option on this product, suited to frequent firewood users or anyone wanting to build up a larger reserve of kiln dried hardwood.

Each option is supplied as a pallet of bagged logs, giving you the advantages of ordering in bulk without having to move or store an entire loose load at once.

Premium Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs

The bags contain mixed hardwood sourced from Britain and Europe, commonly including species such as:

The firewood is kiln dried to below 20% moisture content and meets Ready to Burn requirements.

Reducing the moisture content before burning helps the wood light more readily and means less of the fire’s energy is spent evaporating excess moisture from the logs.

The result is firewood supplied ready for appropriate use in domestic wood-burning stoves and open fires.

What’s Inside Each Bag?

Firewood is a natural product, so the precise size and shape of individual logs will vary.

Typical specification:

  • Log length: approximately 25cm / 9.8 inches ±10%
  • Log diameter: approximately 5–15cm / 2–6 inches ±10%
  • Bag dimensions: approximately 25cm wide × 45cm long × 20cm deep
  • Typical quantity: approximately 8–12 logs per bag

The individual bags make the pallet particularly convenient if your log store is away from the delivery point or access involves paths, gates or steps.

Rather than shifting an entire quantity of loose firewood at once, you can simply carry the bags of logs to your storage area as required.

Why Choose a Pallet of Bagged Logs?

For many customers, the biggest advantage of this product is not simply the quantity — it is how that quantity is packaged.

A pallet of individual bags gives you:

  • A substantial supply of kiln dried firewood
  • Easier handling than one large loose load
  • Convenient portions for carrying around the property
  • Simple stacking within a log store, garage or covered storage area
  • Greater flexibility when moving logs closer to the house
  • A choice of 40, 60 or 70 bags depending on your usage

It effectively sits between smaller individual firewood orders and our larger loose bulk-bag options.

If you burn logs regularly but value convenience as much as volume, a pallet of kiln dried logs in individual bags can be an excellent choice.

Pallet of Logs or Bulk Bag – Which Should You Choose?

The best option depends largely on your property, storage arrangements and how you prefer to handle your firewood.

Choose this pallet of kiln dried hardwood logs if you want:

  • Logs divided into manageable bags
  • Easier carrying and stacking
  • Greater flexibility around restricted access
  • A substantial quantity without receiving loose firewood

A bulk bag may be more suitable if:

  • You have straightforward access to your log store
  • You are happy handling loose logs
  • Maximum loose volume is your main priority

Neither format is necessarily better — they simply suit different households.

For customers with narrow pathways, side gates or storage some distance from the driveway, the individual bag format can be particularly useful.

How Much Firewood Should I Order?

Your ideal pallet size will depend on how frequently you use your stove or fireplace and how much dry storage space you have available.

40 Bags – Best suited to customers wanting a good reserve of firewood without committing to the largest pallet.

60 Bags – A useful middle option for regular users who want a substantial quantity available throughout the colder months.

70 Bags – The largest pallet option and a strong choice for households that burn logs frequently or prefer placing fewer repeat orders.

If you’re unsure, consider your available storage space first. Kiln dried firewood should always be kept somewhere dry and well ventilated once delivered.

Conveniently Bagged for Storage

One of the biggest differences between this product and a traditional bulk bag is what happens after delivery.

Instead of immediately needing to empty and move a large quantity of loose logs, the firewood is already separated into individual bags.

You can:

  • Carry a few bags to your log store at a time
  • Keep some closer to the house for everyday use
  • Stack the remaining bags neatly in a suitable dry area
  • Move your firewood gradually rather than all at once

For properties where the delivery point and storage area are some distance apart, this can make a significant practical difference.

Quantity guidance

All stoves and open fires are different, however we’ve put together some estimations for different use-types:

For occasional use, you’ll most likely need either the 40 bag pallet or the 0.8m3 bulk bag. The bulk bag is equivalent to 29 small bags or nets of logs.

For moderate use (2-3 fires per week), either the 60 bag pallet or the 1.2m3 bulk bag will most likely suit your needs. The bulk bag is equivalent to 43 small bags or nets of logs.

For regular use (fires most nights per week), we recommend buying either the 70 bag pallet or 1.6m3 bulk bag. The bulk bag is equivalent to 58 small bags or nets of logs.

Generally the more logs you buy the better value for money your purchase is.
