Oak & Ash: The Perfect Hardwood Partnership
Ash and Oak are two of the most dependable hardwoods for burning — and together they create an ideal fire.
Ash – Easy to Light, Steady Flame
Ash ignites quickly and produces a consistent, bright flame. Even before kiln drying, ash has naturally lower moisture, making it one of the easiest hardwoods to light.
Oak – Dense, Long-Lasting Heat
Oak is heavier and slower burning, producing a deep, sustained heat output that keeps your stove running longer between reloads.
Combined in one crate, you get the convenience of quick ignition with the reassurance of long burn performance — ideal for winter heating.
Why Choose Kiln Dried Ash & Oak Logs?
All logs in this crate are kiln dried below 20% moisture and Woodsure ‘Ready to Burn’ certified.
- Higher Heat Efficiency – Lower moisture means more usable energy per log — not wasted evaporating water.
- Cleaner Burn – Reduced smoke, less soot build-up, and clearer stove glass.
- Reliable Performance – Consistent log size and moisture content mean predictable burn times and easier temperature control.
If you’re specifically searching for bulk kiln dried ash logs or kiln dried oak logs in a crate, this mixed hardwood option delivers the benefits of both.
