Superior Small Logs

Stoves and burners come in all shapes and sizes, which is why our kiln dried logs come in sizes to match the requirements of our clients. They could be for warmth or cooking, it matters little as what we all want is to create a superior burn. We have small logs for sale ready to deliver to any property in Britain, ready to do a great job for you. It all comes down to dimensions of course, so here’s some top advice on selecting small hardwood logs for your all-important stock.   What you need to know is, especially when searching for a new oven or stove, the majority of manufacturers recommend 25cm long logs – no bigger than 15cm in diameter. Logs of this type will be perfect for almost all multi-fuel or wood burning stoves. This is not just good for continual maintenance, as it also provides an optimum burn. These things are so vital when it comes to getting value for money and of course, smaller logs are easy to handle. Managed well, a good stock will certainly last you a while. And this is where the expertise of FirewoodFund comes in.   You’ll be pleased to know as one of the UK’s top suppliers of logs for small stoves, we can guarantee to meet the standard criteria. In short, you’ll be coming to the right place to have your small logs delivered in good time. And don’t forget, we deliver to any address across the UK. Larger logs are still available on request.   You can book your delivery day – you don’t even need to be at home as we can leave your small logs in a safe place on private property. Our experts will even let you know they are en route. Access needs to be free of obstacles, sufficiently wide and reasonably level. Just leave the rest to our highly skilled drivers.   It’s all part of our first class service to both new clients, and those who keep coming back to us. In using our small kiln dried logs you’re using firewood with most of the moisture taken out. Hardwoods like ash and beech offer a wonderfully long burn, and you’ll be really pleased with the result. And we also provide both top quality kindling and firelighters, crucial to getting that superior burn under way. In short, you’ll find everything in one place here at FirewoodFund.   As we’re passionate about firewood we are always happy to answer any questions you may have over the phone. There’s not much we don’t know about kiln dried logs, so please take a good look at our website. Firewood can be fascinating in all sorts of ways – but it all comes down to constructing a fabulous fire within your highly prized stove. For all your small log needs we’d be more than happy to provide an ongoing stock. And we hope to have you as one of our customers for many years to come.

When ordering firewood of this type the ideal length of log will measure 25cm or 9.8 inches in length, with a tolerance of plus or minus 10 per cent. The diameter of these logs will be between 5 and 15cm – that’s between 2 and 6 inches, measured across the widest point of the log.   These logs are perfect for 99 per cent of multi fuel stoves and burners – but check with the manufacturer when purchasing new.
