The fan begins operation when the stove’s surface temperature reaches 50°C, enabling its use with both gas and wood burning stoves. Safety is paramount, and our fan includes a base with a specially designed safety strip. This strip gently lifts the base of the fan to prevent overheating and motor damage, automatically lowering it back down when the stove cools to the maximum operating temperature. Please note that the fan must be placed on top of the stove, away from the flue pipe, with a minimum distance of approximately 10cm (4 inches).
